📝 Terms and Conditions – StayBrienz Apartments

1. Contract Conclusion

By completing a booking on our website, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") and StayBrienz (hereinafter referred to as the "Host"). The booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Payments are processed via our payment provider Stripe. The booking becomes binding only after payment has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are binding and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (e.g. illness, weather, or personal circumstances).

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior agreement.

5. Liability

The Guest is liable for any damage caused by them or accompanying persons to the apartment, furnishings, or the building during the stay. The Host assumes no responsibility for the Guest’s personal belongings.

6. House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire property. Pets are only allowed with prior approval. The apartment must be treated with care. Quiet hours must be observed, especially in the evenings.

7. Data Privacy

The personal data provided during booking will be used solely for the processing of the reservation and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Interlaken, Switzerland.
